Karl Shepherd

Karl has been in estate agency for over 30 years, joining Frank Schippers in 2017.

One of Karl’s greatest achievements was becoming a branch manager in estate agency when he was just twenty-five and that experience put him in good stead as his career has developed.

Meeting new people and the different challenges each move has are amongst the things that Karl enjoys most about his role and, particularly, the pleasure he sees when a client or customer successfully moves onto the next chapter in their lives.

As a manager Karl enjoys working with the team and continues to build on the great foundations that Frank Schippers has already laid and seeing the business move forward and further ahead of the competition.

Away from the office, Karl lives in Arborfield and has family locally in Crowthorne and Sandhurst which gives him a great insight for clients moving into the area about the benefits of living here. He has two daughters and a grandson who he describes as being the greatest achievements in his life

Karl likes to keep fit and enjoys playing golf as much as possible. Despite living in Berkshire, he supports Liverpool and has had the thrill of watching them from the Kop at Anfield.
