We were purchasing a retirement apartment through Frank Schippers for my mother-in-law & due to bad timing we were due to be away though a large part of the process - Karl took care of everything including dropping round & collecting paperwork for her from solicitors & making sure MIL was taken great care of every step of the way, it was comforting to know.

This turned out to be a great decision because as soon as Karl Shepherd from FS took over the responsibility for the sale management, he did it in a totally professional, communicative, calm, collected and effective way. David and the team at Frank Schippers were first class in terms of professionalism and communication when it came to selling my house. They set realistic expectations on the value of my home (ie not an exaggerated value to pull me in), and were knowledgeable when it came to showing the viewings.
